Early to wish you Happy new year.

Here is my Calendar design for the next year. The idea is based on a Dodecahedron. Owing to its geometrical property, the dates of every month could be shown inclined up to your eyes when you put it on your table. And the month after can always be found easily by just folowing the arrow of the current one. For more, a small square was be designed on one of the sides. You can put your new year wishes, fighting foal, promise for your lover…or anything else into the square. The Box will keep them for you till the end of the year. Then (if the 2012 tale is not ture) you open your box, check out if your wishes were came ture.

I am looking for an investor to make it as a product. If you are interested in my design and its market value, you are welcome to contect me.

Before that, you would like to make a simple one by yourself. Just download the PDF at the end of the article.

1.Print it on a piece of 200g A4 or thicker.
2.Cut along the dash line. Mind the square between Jul. and Oct.
3.Fold it up and stick together. You should know how to do with it.
4.Write down your new year wishes on a small piece of paper, and put it into the hole.
5.Open the box by the end of the year. Check to see if your wishes were came true.

Here is the updated version of the Circle Pattern —— circles on an ball surface without overlapping. The concept comes from the Visualizer of the iTunes 10. You can  control  the size, spacing and  quantity of the circles with the logic below:

Bad or good, it’s my first CG work. With Wacom 640, Autodesk Sketchbook and 3 weeks

My favorite painter is Skan Srisuwan from Thailand. I really want some guidance from him. And of course, one day I could do as good as he do

One of my favorite villa, by Richard Meier in 1969. You can find it in Google Earth with this coordinate :  40°57’26.00″ N, 72°09’51.30″ W.

I built both the SketchUp model and the entitative model for my homework 3 years ago. this days I tried to rebuild a better SketchUp one.  Many mistakes have been rectified and some dimensions have been adjusted in this new edition. For the limited space of the blog, I can not give the skp file here. But if you need, you can leave message here. I will send the model and more blueprints of it.

For I can not get the very accurate information of the building, there must be still many mistakes in the moldel. So welcome to discuss any question of the house. Then I could make the model better.
